AED offer diagnostic solutions for eye care professionals using some of the latest technology, so access for the services comes via a referral from one of those professionals.

This could include your own personal Optometrist, by downloading one of the referral forms, taking it the Optometrist and asking if they would complete it and send it to AED Ltd who would then contact you to organise an appointment. Your optometrist would then be sent a report of the findings and recommendations for any ongoing care.

If your own Optometrist cannot help you, you can contact one of our affiliated Ophthalmologist and Optometrists, following a consultation with them they will be able to offer the referral onto AED Ltd.
